Where are Shinola products manufactured?
Our watches are hand-assembled in our Detroit factory using Swiss and other imported parts. Our leather goods and jewelry are also crafted with a commitment to quality and American manufacturing.
What is the warranty on Shinola watches?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our watch movements. This covers the internal components against manufacturing defects for the life of the product, provided it is serviced by an authorized technician.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for leather goods?
We accept returns of unworn and unused leather goods within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Can I have my watch or leather item monogrammed?
Yes, we offer custom engraving for select watch casebacks and monogramming for many of our leather wallets and journals to make your piece truly unique.
How should I care for my Shinola leather strap?
To maintain the quality of your leather, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner once every few months to keep the material supple.
