Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags, certificates of authenticity, and protective materials are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our Detroit headquarters, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
